Receptionist / Customer Care Coordinator

Loyalty Automotive – Loyalty Collision Center West End

Loyalty Collision Center West End is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Customer Care Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping keep our collision center running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  •  Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers appropriately 
  •  Coordinate scheduling of insurance estimates and customer appointments 
  •  Communicate with rental car companies to assist customers during the repair process 
  •  Update rental information and repair status in Enterprise ARMS software 
  •  Contact customers when their vehicles are complete and ready for pickup 
  •  Organize repair folders and maintain accurate paperwork 
  •  Assist the collision center team with administrative and scheduling support 
  •  Provide a professional and welcoming experience for all customers and guests 
Qualifications:

  •  Strong communication and customer service skills 
  •  Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities 
  •  Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership/collision software systems 
  •  Prior receptionist, administrative, customer service, or collision center experience is a plus 
  •  Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
