Receptionist / Customer Care Coordinator
Loyalty Collision Center West End is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Customer Care Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping keep our collision center running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers appropriately
- Coordinate scheduling of insurance estimates and customer appointments
- Communicate with rental car companies to assist customers during the repair process
- Update rental information and repair status in Enterprise ARMS software
- Contact customers when their vehicles are complete and ready for pickup
- Organize repair folders and maintain accurate paperwork
- Assist the collision center team with administrative and scheduling support
- Provide a professional and welcoming experience for all customers and guests
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership/collision software systems
- Prior receptionist, administrative, customer service, or collision center experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
