What You'll Do:
As a Parts Counter Professional, you will be a key part of our Fixed Operations team by:
- Assisting service technicians and advisors with accurate and timely parts orders.
- Providing excellent customer service to retail and wholesale parts customers.
- Maintaining strong inventory accuracy and organization.
- Looking up parts using Nissan systems and catalogs.
- Ensuring parts are pulled, staged, and delivered efficiently to keep the shop moving.
- Supporting our service department in maintaining fast repair times and great customer experiences.
- Processing parts invoices and maintaining clean documentation.

- Previous automotive parts experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus).
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems.
- A positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company.
