We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry- Level Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in payroll, accounting or Human Resources. The Payroll Specialist will assist with processing employee pay, maintaining payroll records and ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist with processing weekly or Biweekly payroll for employees.
Review timesheets for accuracy and completeness.
Enter payroll data into payroll software.
Maintain employee payroll records and files.
Assist with payroll tax reporting and compliance.
Respond to employee payroll questions.
Support HR and accounting teams as needed.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or related field preferred).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and office software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Good Communication and problem-solving skills.
Prior administrative or office experience is a plus but not required.
