Loyalty Collision Center in Petersburg is seeking an organized, personable Customer Service Representative to help customers throughout the collision repair process. This position combines customer service, rental car coordination, and receptionist responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly experience from check-in through vehicle delivery.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate customer and vehicle information.
- Communicate repair status updates and coordinate with estimators and the production team.
- Assist with repair paperwork, insurance information, authorizations, and customer payments.
- Address customer questions and concerns promptly, involving management when needed.
- Coordinate vehicle pickup and explain final paperwork and payment details.
Rental Car Coordination:
- Arrange rental vehicles and coordinate reservations with rental providers.
- Assist with rental agreements, vehicle check-in and check-out, and required documentation.
- Document rental vehicle condition, mileage, and fuel levels.
- Monitor rental availability, returns, and extensions, communicating with customers and insurance representatives as needed.
- Track tolls, fuel charges, damage, and other rental-related charges.
- Help ensure rental vehicles are clean and ready for customers.
Receptionist and Administrative Support:
- Answer incoming calls, direct calls, and take accurate messages.
- Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming reception area.
- Manage appointment calendars, emails, filing, and data entry.
- Keep customer records and paperwork organized and up to date.
- Support the collision center team with daily administrative needs.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and office software.
- Professional appearance, dependable attendance, and a positive attitude.
- Previous automotive, collision repair, rental car, or receptionist experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
