Loyalty Automotive is seeking a Billing Clerk
We are a highly successful and expanding multi-franchised dealership group headquartered in Chester, Virginia. Our current portfolio of dealerships includes: Cadillac, Chevrolet, Nissan, Toyota, and Volkswagen. We also operate four high volume Collision Repair Centers and a Used Car operation.

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Basic accounting and analytical skills
- Clearly communicate with internal and external customers professionally
- Reinforce company policies and adhere to all company standards
- Maintain compliance with all laws and regulations
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
- Transaction processing retail new/used vehicle sales, dealer trades and wholesale
- Reconcile schedules for new and used vehicle inventory
- Resolve discrepancies in billing with finance and sales departments
- Calculate sales commission
- Automotive experience is preferred.
Educations: High school diploma or equivalent is required
